Flat Rib Lath – Professional Engineering Solutions

Flat rib lath, also known as permanent formwork mesh, is manufactured through specialized punching and shearing processes. Available in galvanized steel strip or 304 stainless steel, its distinctive fishbone-shaped ribs and uniformly arranged mesh openings, combined with V-shaped reinforcing ribs pressed into the mesh, impart superior rigidity and strength to the formwork.

This product can be freely bent and shaped, serving as a stay-in-place formwork. It features superior mortar retention and acts like a hoop reinforcement, integrating components into a monolithic system while offering seismic resistance – earning high praise in the construction industry.

Our flat rib lath undergoes stringent quality inspections and offers outstanding corrosion resistance, durability, and stability, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding construction environments.

Features

  • Lightweight and easy to install on light steel keel structures, enabling rapid and convenient construction.
  • Easy to cut, facilitating the installation of water and electrical piping.
  • Flat rib lath increases seismic strength, reduces the impact of seismic forces on the structure, and enhances overall seismic performance.
  • The compactness achieved during grouting ensures greater stability and reduces the risk of collapse.
  • Easily cut, allowing for convenient rebar penetration and tying operations.
  • It prevents surface cracking of concrete, delivering enhanced and long-lasting structural performance.
  • It exhibits excellent drainage properties, thereby improving the durability and stability of building structures.
